Hardik Pandya T20I Record: Hardik Pandya marked his name in the record books with the magnificent performance against the England side in the first T20 at Ageas Bowl. After winning the toss India elected to bat first, Hardik went on to build a strong partnership with Suryakumar Yadav & he capped a magnificent score of 51 off 33 balls. Pandya with his brilliant performance set the fire to Indian innings as the Men in Blue was effective in seating the target of 198 in 20 overs.

In the second half of the match, Hardik managed to pick up a 4-wicket haul to enter into the record books, as he is the first Indian to score 50 plus runs and get 4 wickets in a single game. Hardik is now the 5th cricketer to achieve this milestone.

Hardik has capped 806 runs in 47 matches at an average of 23.03 and a maintaining a strike rate of 143.16, this puts him in the elite list of players who have successfully scored 500 runs and picked 50 wickets in the shortest format of the game.

Dwayne Bravo, Shahid Afridi, Shakib Al Hasan, George Dockrell, Mohammad Nabi, Mohammad Hafeez, Kevin O’Brien, and Thisara Perera are the eight other players to accomplish these feet of scoring 500 plus runs and pick up 50 wickets.
