After surviving a terrible vehicle accident, India wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant was flown from Dehradun to Mumbai for additional medical attention. The 25-year-old had planned to surprise a family member by traveling from Delhi to Roorkee. But he was involved in an accident and was first brought to a nearby hospital before being transferred to Dehradun.

“On Friday morning at around 10.30 am Dr Pardiwala and his team conducted ligament tear surgery on his right knee, the surgery was performed for around 2 to 3 hours. The surgery went smoothly.”  As Reports.

Rishabh Pant Health Update: BCCI would roll out an official statement soon on Rishabh’s progress. 

His automobile crashed into a road divider and caught fire on the Delhi-Dehradun route in the early hours of December 30. In the Uttarakhand state’s Haridwar district, between Manglaur and Narsan, a horrifying automobile accident occurred.

Prior to being sent to Max Hospital in Dehradun, Pant was initially brought to Saksham Hospital Multispecialty and Trauma Center. He was travelling in his Mercedes automobile from New Delhi to his birthplace of Roorkee.
