2. Kapil Dev
The first charismatic captain, who made the world believe that India in cricket is a serious thing. Dev, who was confident of winning the 1983 World Cup when no one were ever imaging the same, led the team to victory and handing India their first-ever ICC title.
Kapil became an overnight sensation in world cricket with that victory and opened the doors of cricket in every part of India.

1. MS Dhoni
MS Dhoni is not only the most successful Indian captain, but also the only captain to win all ICC trophies of his time (ODI WC, T20 WC, Champions Trophy) in the world.
