Recently Jason Roy has decided to pull out of IPL 2022 season due to bio-bubble issues and this has led to the opening of one slot in the Gujarat Titans camp. In the same way, many Fans were asking the Gujarat Franchise to consider Raina for his replacement. But there was no official reply from the franchise handle and they are currently looking at all the possible players for his replacement.
Suresh Raina has performed really great in the past few years for CSK and his numbers in the IPL speak it all. He has a crazy amount of following in Chennai and he is also called Chinna Thala by the CSK fans.
He has entered the IPL Mega Auctions 2022 with a base price of Rs 2 Cr and everyone expected that he would go for a decent price but at least no one has bought him for this base price. With this, he was unsold for the first time in the history of the Indian Premier League.
However, there is a slight opening for this former CSK player to sneak into the Gujarat Titans squad. And we never know they might consider the experienced player for this edition
If this happens, Possibly we can see Raina facing against his former IPL team CSK and his best friend MS Dhoni.
