Pakistani cricketers have seldom found themselves in the receiving end of the trolls for their limited knowledge of the language English. While a good cricketer lets his skills do all the talking, social-media can get brutal sometimes and a little error, even off the pitch, can make these athletes a gig of the town. Pakistani wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan is the latest to fall prey in the eyes of the trolls.

PAK vs SA: Mohammad Rizwan’s hilarious take on the names of the South African bowlers
Mohammad Rizwan, in his latest interview, was seen struggling to pronounce the names of the South African cricketers. Pakistan clinched a heroic win against South Africa on Day 5 of the second Test. The hosts won the series 2-0 and were highly appreciated by the cricket fans all over the world. Mohammad Rizwan played an outstanding knock of 115 runs in the second innings as he was named the ‘Man of the series’.
While, playing against the South Africans seemed to be too easy for the 28-year-old, pronouncing the names of the PROTEAS players was equally difficult for the right-handed batsman. Rizwan was hilariously struggling to pronounce the names of South African bowlers Anrich Nortje and George Linde.
“Hasan bhai ne paanch out kiye, unka wo nodjiye hai ya nokia hain, jo bhi hain usne bhi paanch out kiye (Hasan bhai got five wickets, and their bowler nodjiye or nokia also picked up five wickets),” Rizwan said this before mispronouncing Linde’s name. Rizwan had a hint of what he was doing as he clearly saw the funny side of it.
