The series consists of five matches. West Indies were held to a score of 122 for eight in their 20 overs of batting while trying to reach a goal of 191.
Taking two wickets apiece for India were Ravi Bishnoi, Ravichandran Ashwin, and Arshdeep Singh. In the first ODI against the West Indies, India reached 190 for six thanks to contributions from Dinesh Karthik and Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma earlier led the pack with a magnificent 64.
Meanwhile, in the first ODI against the West Indies, Dinesh Karthik contributed with an unbroken score to help India reach 190 for 6. When India was given the chance to bat, Rohit and Suryakumar Yadav got things going well. Suryakumar and Shreyas Iyer were both lost by India quickly after each other, giving the victory to West Indies.
