THU vs HUR Match Highlights: Thunders with an outstanding all-around performance, won the match by 62 runs. Following the 15-all-out all-out, they have made an extremely amazing turnaround in season 12 of the BBL.

Thanks to opener Alex Hales (77 runs), who became the first Big Bash player to make a half-century in Albury, and Ollie Davies (65 runs), the Thunder had set the Hurricanes a target of 229 runs to win.

With three sixes in a single over, Wade quickly changed the tide while still new to the crease. He hammered his way to a half-century in 19 balls, which was a harbinger of things to come. However, he was eventually dismissed for 67 when he hit a drive to the Thunder’s Rilee Rossouw.

The Hurricanes dropped to 7-61 when Wade left as the Thunder enjoyed stealing wickets. From that point forward, the Hurricanes’ stunning fall was all one-way traffic.

With statistics of 4-35, Brendan Doggett was the Thunder’s top bowler, With this victory, the Thunder enter into a tie for first place with the table-topping Perth Scorchers and Sydney Sixers on eight points. This is a beautiful victory for the Thunder. They launched it with some breathtaking cameos. The bowlers were under pressure, but they managed to seize crucial opportunities in the middle overs to stop the cane train.
When Wade was in control, the Hurricanes were on track, however, once he was injured and Tim David was exhausted, they lost momentum.
With a four-for, Doggett stood out, while Cutting secured a few crucial wickets. After a shaky start, the Thunder have since won three straight games and are performing well.

Sydney Thunders will face off against Perth Scorchers on 4th Jan 2023. While Hobart Hurricanes will face Adelaide Strikers on 2nd Jan 2023. Thunders will be looking to maintain their winning streak, on the other hand, Hurricanes will be looking to bounce back from the loss here at Lavington Sports Oval, Albury.
