Rashid Khan, the Afghan leg spinner, will appear again for the 10th season of the Big Bash League for the Adelaide Strikers, the team announced on Thursday (October 22). Rashid, who made his 2017 BBL debut, is one of only six Adelaide Strikers players to have played in 40 or more games. With 56 wickets, after Ben Laughlin and Michael Neser, he is the team’s third highest wicket-taker. At a strike rate of 161.14, Rashid also scored 253 runs in 27 innings. “I’m so happy that I am able to play for the Strikers again in a big tenth season of the Big Bash, and I have loved this competition from the very beginning,” said Rashid.
