Michael Kasprowicz resigned his position as Non-Executive Director of Cricket Australia on Wednesday (July 22), announced by Earl Eddings, Chairman. Cricket Australia said in a statement, “In a letter to the Board, Michael informed him of his intention to resign, wishing Australian Cricket well.” His contract was set to end next year, and with his retirement, there is no male Test player left on the Australian team. “As I have done on the field, I believe I have given absolutely everything to this role, and over the years I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve every cricket stakeholder in this country,” Kasprowicz said.
