BCCI President Sourav Ganguly predicts that before the start of the Border-Gavaskar Test series against Australia, fast bowler Ishant Sharma will be available to make a full recovery. The 32-year-old fast bowler picked up an abdominal muscle tear that ruled him out of the ongoing IPL 2020 campaign for Delhi Capitals. Ishant returned to India and worked at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru for rehabilitation. His presence on the Australia tour is subject to clearing fitness for him and also the willingness of the board to charter him at a later stage to Australia.
