Shaheen Afridi has been named as captain of the Lahore Qalandars for the 2022 Pakistan Super League (PSL) season. Now, in a recent press interaction, the left-arm fast bowler has revealed that Mohammad Rizwan is a better captain than Babar Azam.
Shaheen, who enjoys Rizwan’s attitude, mentioned that he began playing domestic cricket alongside Rizwan and that the keeper-batsman is the finest leader he has performed under. Shaheen also believes that Babar Azam has handled the Pakistan team admirably and would be regarded as the 2nd-best captain.
“I like [Mohammad] Rizwan’s personality. I started playing domestic competition with him from KPK’s side and I would rate him as the best. Since Babar has done a fantastic job with the national team, I will rank him second,” said Shaheen Afridi.
