In the 65th match of the Indian Premier League,2024 Rajasthan Royals clashed with Punjab Kings at the Barspara Cricket Stadium, Guwahati. There RR won the toss and elected to bat first. Then RR posted 144 on the board with 9 loss. In return Punjab Kings also struggled to post the target, but Sam Curran’s fiery knock of 63 took Punjab on the winning roads. Punjab Kings won the match by 5 wickets.

Batting first, RR started with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tom Kohler but they could not stay much on the crease, Even Sanju Samson went off early just the power play with only 18 runs. But Riyan Parag knocked a good much needed knock of 48 runs, that was the turning point for RR. On the other hand Ashwin also gave a knock of 28 runs. But other batters could not gave add on to the score board. But lastly RR reached 144 with 9 loss.

In the attack, Sam Curran Harshal Patel, and Rahul Chahar took 2-2 each for the side. Where as  Arshdeep Singh and Nathan Ellis took 1-1 each for the side. They gave a good back to the side and dismantled the RR side for the low total at the Braspara Stadium of Guwahati
