The 18-years-old Yashasvi Jaiswal was announced the player of the series in the ICC Under-19 World Cup, which was hosted by South Africa. The Youth Asia Cup 2018 was another important breakthrough for Jaiswal as there he has emerged as the top run-getter.
This year also, Yashasvi Jaiswal came in the limelight by making a List A double-century and became the youngest one to achieve this record. In this upcoming season of IPL, being picked by Rajastan Royals, is another boost and he gets opportunities, he will be interested to make his talent count.
Devdutt Padikkal
When Devdutt Padikkal catalyzed second direct Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy T20 win of Karnataka in 11 innings, and the opening batsman was becoming one of the focus points of Indian domestic cricket. In that tournament, he was the leading run-getter of the championship with massive 609 runs. From 12 matches, he scored all total 580 runs, the maximum runs by any player in the competition.
