Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli, and many players in India’s sporting fraternity left deeply saddened because of the death of Bollywood actor Irrfan Khan. Irrfan Khan, one of the finest actors in Indian cinema lost his life on Wednesday (29-04-2020) in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai. There he was taking treatment for colon infection. For the past few months, he had been struggling with a tumour. All the cricketing fraternity took to their twitter handle to mourn the actor’s death.
Apart from Sachin and Virat, Suresh Raina, Sehwag, Mohammad Kaif, and Shikhar Dhawan also gave their condolence for Irrfan Khan’s demise.
Virat Kohli tweeted “ Deeply saddened to hear the death of Irrfan Khan. He was a tremendous talent and extremely touched everyone’s heart with his phenomenal versatility. May almighty give peace to his soul.”
His better half Anushka Sharma also gave her condolence for this outstanding actor and tweeted “ Sadly I am posting this tweet. An exceptional actor, such a motivation his performance has been for me. He struggled for his life but leaves us today. Om Shanti. RIP Irrfan Khan.”
Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar tweeted “ Feeling very sad to hear the news of #IrrfanKhan demise. He was one of my favorite actors and I have seen almost all his movies, the last one is Angrezi Medium. His acting is so effortless, just a terrific actor. May his soul Rest In Peace. Condolence to his family and loved ones.”
