BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla confirmed the news on Saturday shortly after the Special General Assembly (AGS) of the board. According to media reports, the Indian board can organize the tournament in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from September 19 to October 10, just before the ICC T20 World Cup. In Shakib’s absence, KKR will be without the key player that bought in a recent auction with Pat Cummins not traveling to UAE too. This will create a huge problem for KKR as they need all the assets to qualify in the Top 4 after only winning 2 matches of the first 7 matches.
