After a 14-day quarantine in Sydney, Australian cricketers Pat Cummins, Steve Smith, and David Warner were finally reunited with their friends and family. After returning from the Maldives on a charter flight, Australian players, coaches, and staff were compelled to pay 14 days in hotel rooms. After exiting the quarantine hotel, Cummins was spotted reuniting with his pregnant partner Becky, who hugged him in a tight embrace.

David Warner was seen meeting his three girls in another video released on Candice’s Instagram stories, where he received an emotional welcome from his family.

After IPL 2021 was postponed due to many COVID-19 cases among players and staff members across teams, the Australian contingent departed India and went to the Maldives. They stayed in the Maldives for around ten days until the Australian government relaxed a temporary prohibition on nationals from India returning home.
The BCCI confirmed last week that the IPL will restart in UAE
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) confirmed last week that the IPL will restart in September-October 2021 in the United Arab Emirates. The decision was made due to the “monsoon season in India in the months of September-October this year,” according to the Indian cricket board.
This season, just 29 matches were played before the tournament was called off.
IPL 2020 was also held in the UAE, with Mumbai Indians winning their fifth title by defeating Delhi Capitals in the final. And IPL 2021, 2nd phase is scheduled to playback in UAE – So, let’s see which team will clinch the title for this edition.
