The hosts currently trail by only 11 runs with 7 wickets in hand against Pakistan. Kane Williamson cemented a solid fourth-wicket partnership of 215 runs with Henry Nicholls to get New Zealand out of turmoil. New Zealand lost three early wickets as they succumbed to the pressure applied by the lethal Pakistani bowlers. However, Williamson’s brilliance helped the Kiwis end Day 2 on a high note.
