They made the most noise in the first season signing a brigade of superstars. SRH since then has been a relatively low-key side. Harry Brook signed for INR 13 crores in 2023 was their most expensive auction signing ever. They have spent INR 735.4 crores on player salaries so far.
#6 Chennai Super Kings – INR 854.1 crores
They are the most popular side in the league’s history. The Chennai Super Kings made the most expensive signing ever in the first auction when they bought MS Dhoni for INR 6 crores. CSK has spent INR 854.1 crores so far on player salaries.

They are the only team who have crossed the INR 1,000 (1003.7) crores mark on player salaries so far. RCB’s most high-profile player continues to remain Virat Kohli who is their highest-paid player even now.
