In the 2nd Test taking place between India and Bangladesh at Eden Gardens, Kolkata, Bangladesh, who won the toss and chose to bat, scored 73 runs for the loss of 7 wickets.
After the wicket of Imrul Kayes, Mominul Haque came to bat after 10.1 overs. With the first ball of Umesh Yadav, Bangladesh lost the wicket of Mominul Haque. It was a seaming away length ball from Umesh Yadav that saw Haque playing outside the off stump on the front foot edging it to the second slip.
Plucked one-handed, it was a stunner from Rohit Sharma who dived to his right. It wasn’t clear whether the ball would have carried to the first slip, so he had to go for it. It was a perfect line and length delivery from Yadav to start his second spell, forcing a shot from the batsman and getting enough movement to draw the edge.
