On-field umpires Richard Illingworth and Michael Gough of the ICC Elite Panel of Umpires will referee the summit clash, which will take place at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton between June 18 to 22. According to the ICC, Chris Broad of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees will be in charge of the proceedings.

The TV umpire will be Richard Kettleborough, who is also a member of the elite panel, while the fourth official will be Alex Wharf of the ICC International Panel of Umpires.
In a statement, ICC Senior Manager (Umpires and Referees) Adrian Griffith wished the officials well and noted that the sport is lucky to have such high-level umpires in the midst of a pandemic.
“We are pleased to announce an experienced team of match officials for the final of the World Test Championship,” said Adrian Griffith.
“It has not been an easy time with the pandemic, but we are fortunate to have a group of officials at the top of their field who have been consistent over the years in this momentous fixture. We wish them all the very best,” he added.
England is currently playing New Zealand in a two-match Test series. After a draw at Lord’s, the teams will meet again on June 10 at Edgbaston. After fulfilling the pre-requirements, the Black Caps will enter the WTC bio-bubble on June 15th.
Team India, on the other hand, already arrived at the venue, as they landed on June 3. They have been permitted to begin training after completing their 5-day quarantine
