Hardik Pandya’s Comeback
Hardik Pandya is the known all-rounder player of India and he has eventually made a comeback to competitive cricket this week. Pandya has been named for the Reliance 1 team in the DY Patil T20 Cup.
DY Patil T20 tournament is the invitation tournament going-on in Mumbai. It was started on 24 February and the final will be on the 6th of March. This will be the 16th season of the game, and it is basically utilized by the Indian players to get themselves ready for the Indian Premier League.
Impressive Performance Of Pandya
Pandya batted impressively at No.4 in the Mumbai game, he made 38 runs in just 25 balls with four sixes and then picked three wickets. But the player made controversy as he was seen sporting the team India helmet and probably could face the consequences for the action from the BCCI.
While playing a domestic game, the national cricketers of the country should not sport the BCCI logo. This rule is asked by the India Board in the year 2014 and not following it will be considered as a violation of the code.

Currently, India is on a tour of New Zealand, and Pandya was expected to make it to the India squad for this tour. But he failed to appear for the India ‘A’ side because of having some issues with his fitness.
MSK Prasad who is the chief national selector observed Pandya’s performance during the DY Patil T20 Cup game. Prasad showed happiness regarding Hardik’s all-rounder show in the Mumbai match.
His IPL franchise, Mumbai Indians is also observing the player’s fitness and performance closely as the IPL 2020 is going to start in March end.
