India’s legendary off-spinner Harbhajan Singh announced that he won’t be a part of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) clan for the upcoming Dream11 IPL season. The 40-year-old Indian ace has parted his ways from one of the most successful Dream11 Indian Premier League’s franchise. Singh penned down a Tweet while notifying his fans about his decision. Bhajji, however, didn’t reveal the reason behind his decision and neither disclosed his future plans regarding which team he will be joining in the upcoming season of Dream11 IPL.
IPL 2021: Harbhajan leaves the CSK franchise
Harbhajan took to his Twitter and stated, “As my contract comes to an end with @ChennaiIPL, playing for this team was a great experience..beautiful memories made &some great friends which I will remember fondly for years to come..Thank you @ChennaiIPL, management, staff, and fans for a wonderful 2years.. IPL 2021: CSK fans hand Harbhajan a bitter farewell
Harbhajan was influentical in his 2-year spell for CSK in the IPL. However, loyal CSK fans were not touchy after hearing Bhajji’s decision to leave the team. It can all be traced back to the time when Harbhajan indirectly took a dig at MS Dhoni by comparing him to a pig. This didn’t go well with die-hard Dhoni fans and it will be safe to say that they are still angry over Bhajji for his obnoxious comments about their ‘Thalla’.
