Sixers keep slim playoff hopes alive
The Sydney Sixers made quite a decent start with 29 for 1 in powerplay and lost their second wicket in the eighth over that put more pressure on captain Elysse Perry.

Perry hit a six and a four during the super over, as Sixers collected a total of 15 runs. Chasing 16 to win, Mikayla Hinley stuck three straight fours in the final three balls to take Scorchers to 15 that tied the match.

With this tie, Perth Scorchers, have moved up to fourth place with nine points after 9 games, while Sydney Sixers are in sixth spot with eight points after nine.
