Here is what Anurag Thakur Speaks About Virat and Rohit.

And moreover, Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has remarked that no player is bigger than the game. Thakur added that he cannot provide information to the media on what is going on in the Indian dressing room since it is the BCCI’s role to do so.

Virat Kohli at this moment will have to understand what is good for the team: Anurag Thakur

“Sports is supreme and nobody is bigger than sport. I can’t you give information as to what’s going on between which players in what game. It’s the job of concerned federations/associations. It’ll be better if they give info,” said Anurag Thakur.

Furthermore, Saba Karim, who is a former Indian cricketer, believes that both Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma must examine what is best for the Indian cricket team. Karim also believes that what other people are saying makes absolutely no difference in this scenario.

“I feel in the end both players, especially Virat Kohli at this moment, will have to understand what is good for the team. What Sourav has said or someone else has said, how does that make a difference,” concluded Saba Karim.

“My responsibility is obviously to push the team in the right direction, something that I wanted to do even before I became captain. That mindset will never change. Rohit is a very able captain, a very tactically sound captain. We have seen that in the games for India and in the IPL as well,” Kohli.

“Rahul Bhai is a very, very balanced coach, a great manager. Both of them will have absolute support in whatever vision they set for the team. I will be there 100 percent. I will be the guy who can push the team in the right direction,” he added.
