#9 David Miller – 280.55

He is one of the most destructive players in the middle order. David Miller smashed the joint fastest T20I century of all time. He hit the Bangladeshi bowlers to all parts of the ground. Miller’s knock comprised 7 fours and 9 sixes. He scored 101* off just 36 balls at a strike rate of 280.55.

#8 Colin Munro – 286.95

He is one of the few batters to have scored 3 T20I centuries. Colin Munro was one of the most underrated T20I destructors. He went berserk against West Indies in Mount Maunganui in January 2018. Munro scored 66 off 23 balls at a strike rate of 286.95!

#7 Moeen Ali – 288.88

He is another one of the modern-day white ball giants who has never really gotten his due. Moeen Ali smacked South African bowlers at will in Bristol in a T20 game. He scored at a rate of 288.88 during his knock of 52 that came in 18 balls.

#6 Quinton De Kock – 295.45

The diminutive wicketkeeper-batsman surely packs a punch. Quinton De Kock launched thunderbolts on the English attack in Durban in 2020. He scored 65 runs off just 22 balls at a strike rate of 295.45. His knock comprised 2 fours and 8 sixes.

#5 Mohammad Nabi – 296.66

The former Afghanistan T20 skipper was no mug with the bat. He is someone who could launch heavy blows at will. Mohammad Nabi put on a show against Ireland in 2017 when he scored a belligerent 89 off just 30 balls. Nabi struck at 296.66 in his innings, which saw him hit 6 fours and 9 sixes!

#4 Shoaib Malik – 300.00

The veteran Pakistani batsman turned around the clock in style in the 2021 T20 World Cup. Shoaib Malik took matters into his own hands in the game against Scotland in Sharjah. He smashed an 18-ball 54 in a rampaging knock. Malik hit a solitary four but deposited 6 balls over the ropes. He struck at 300 during his innings.

#3 Marcus Stoinis – 327.77

Australia’s home T20 World Cup was on the line. Sri Lanka had Aussies under immense pressure. This was when Marcus Stoinis decided to announce himself in the mega event. Stoinis scored 59 off just 18 balls at a strike rate of 327.77. He took a particular liking to Lankan spinners regularly launching them over the straight boundaries.

#2 Colin Munro – 357.14

He is the only batsman to feature twice on this list. Colin Munro decided to go big against Sri Lanka maximizing the shorter boundaries at Auckland in 2016. He remained not on 50 off just 14 balls. His strike rate of 357.14 slots him at the second spot among batters with the highest strike rate in a T20I inning.

#1 Yuvraj Singh – 362.50

It was this game that taught the whole world that one shouldn’t rub Yuvraj Singh the wrong way. Post a verbal altercation with Andrew Flintoff, Yuvraj Singh went bonkers. He smashed a clueless Stuart Broad for six sixes in an over. His 12-ball 50 remains a record even 15 years later. Singh’s strike rate of 362.50 tops the charts for batters with the highest strike rates in a T20I inning.
