After a continuous rain in yesterdays matches against New Zealand, India is now going to have a clash with Pakistan on June 16, Sunday. All the fans who were eagerly waiting for the match against New Zealand were very much disappointed. However, they were anxiously waiting for the match against Pakistan.

In this context, the legendary batsmen Sachin Tendulkar joins the bandwagon and shares the plan with the Indian team against a potent Pakistan bowlers Mohammad Amir. He tells that Mohammad Amir and his team would love to take the wickets of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma and tells them to plan accordingly so as to sustain in a complete inning.

“Rohit and Virat are the 2 more experienced players in the lineup and Pakistan would be focussing on getting them early without any doubt as that opens the game for them. Amir and Wahab Riaz will definitely target their wickets early on. But Rohit and Virat should also be looking to play long innings. the plan should be that the rest of the guys play around them,” – Sachin.

Sachin continues saying that he is very much impressed by the way Mohammad Amir bowled against Australia. He told the Indian team to not to go with a negative mindset of making him out.

“Yesterday (June 12), his first spell was very accurate. He was hitting the right areas and made (Aaron) Finch’s life difficult. I wouldn’t go in with a negative mindset of playing dot balls against him. If you get an opportunity, I would encourage India to play their shots and stay positive. It’s not about survival but rather going out there and even defend positively. No need to do anything different. We need to be aggressive in all departments. The body language is important – the bowler knows that you’re in control if you defend confidently,” – Sachin.

In all the six world cups held between India and Pakistan, India has made an unbeaten record. And presently India stood third in the points table and Pakistan couldn’t top the points table.
