Former CSK skipper Ravindra Jadeja has recently deleted a tweet from his Twitter profile assuring his future with the 4-time champions.

However, when everything was looking settled after the conclusion of 15th edition of Indian Premiere League, the talk of something not right between the Ravindra Jadeja and the franchise took the social media by storm.

There were talks everywhere that everything was not right between ex-skipper and CSK as earlier deleted all posts related to CSK of previous two seasons from his Instagram account.

More shocking than that is Jadeja, who is known for having a close bonding with legendary Indian captain MS Dhoni, not wished Thala on his birthday on July 07, which made the speculations of rift true.

Before the start of IPL 2022, MS Dhoni stepped down from his position as CSK skipper, and in his place Jadeja was appointed as the captain of his team. But, the star all-rounder resigned midway through the 2022 IPL season as serving as skipper of CSK was hurting his own performance.

It was the active fans on social media, who noticed that Jadeja had removed all posts from his Instagram profile linked to the IPL 2021 and 2022 campaigns of the CSK.

Before 2022 season, when franchises had the option to retain any four players. CSK took a decision to keep Jadeja for a whopping sum of 16 crore. And just two days before the commencement of the tournament, MS Dhoni gave the captaincy to Jadeja.

But the pressure of captaincy turned into a nightmare for him as the four-time champions lost six of their eight games under his captainship. Eventually, he decided to resign from the post and gave the hat back to MS Dhoni.

In his 2022 campaign, Jadeja only managed to score 116 runs in 16 games at a strike rate of 118.37, while he was also failed to make any impact with his bowling as he only took five wickets in 10 games.

Despite a dry run in 2022 IPL, the star-all-rounder showed his class in his comeback game and scored a brilliant century to help his side cross 400 mark in the fifth reschedule test between India and England.
