Dishant Yagnik, a Rajasthan Royals field coach who had tested positive for COVID-19 a few weeks ago, is expected to join the UAE squad after a negative test and a 14-day insulation span. As per the BCCI protocols related to COVID-19, Yagnik had to be quarantine for two weeks after positive tests. After that, he had to take two tests that showed negative results for the virus and also pass a fitness test before he could join the team. When Yagnik arrives in the UAE, he will be checked at the airport and will also undergo three more tests while in the hotel.
