Tamim Iqbal Fined

Bangladesh skipper Tamim Iqbal has been fined 15 percent of the match fee for breaching Level 1 of the ICC Code of Conduct. This incident happened during the 3rd ODI against Sri Lanka, after an unsuccessful review for caught behind dismissal. He was seen arguing with the on-field umpire and was found guilty of breaching Article 2.3 of the ICC Code of Conduct for Players and Player Support Personnel, which relates to “use of an audible obscenity during an International Match.”
