Shehan Madhushanka, the cricketer of Sri Lankan side was arrested for allegedly possessing heroin last month. Now authorities have said on Tuesday that he has been further sent to police remand until 9th June. The 25 years old and his friend were arrested at Pannala on 23rd May in the North-Western province of the country for allegedly possessing heroin. During the possession, police got 2.7 grams of heroin and 2.8 grams from his friend. The Daily Mirror website reported that both were sent to the police remand till 2nd June by the Kuliyapitiya Magistrate.
