Kieron Pollard led the Indians of Mumbai in the IPL twice and won both times. He left an imprint of his leadership skills on the team each time. He promoted himself to number four in the 2019 IPL match against Kings XI Punjab while chasing a stiff goal and single-handedly pulled off the second highest run chase for his side. And he quickly assessed the conditions and situation yesterday and went with the new ball for Jasprit Bumrah. “The pressure would have definitely been on knowing that you have won a lot of games. That’s really unfortunate we have lost our captain” said Pollard.
