In maintaining that bowlers will not lack the opportunity to “keep the ball swinging” Mitchell Starc is fighting for a more balanced “competition between bat and ball.” Australia’s left-arm tearaway said he was a little bit more on the “sweat side” in terms of how the ball shines as he’s trying “not to get my hands too deep in my mouth. I made that little tweak coming back from the UK heading into the summer just gone. I thought it was a bit of a timing thing and it helped me get into a position where I felt that much less could go wrong,” Starc said.
