Skipper Ajinkya Rahane was handed a grand welcome in his residence at Prabhadevi, Mumbai. Rahane led his side brilliantly in the absence of Virat Kohli. Ajinkya Rahane entered on a red-carpet towards his building as Mumbai’s famous lezims were being played in the background. Rahane held his daughter in his hands while walking the red carpet. A kangaroo-shaped cake was presented before the skipper as a celebration of their grand win against the Baggy Greens. However, Rahane refused to cut the cake to avoid hurting anyone’s sentiments.
