Now, no team can have eleven Pujaras and eleven Pants, right?- Vikram Rathour

Rathour spoke about the team’s batting strategy, the individuals in charge, and the growing massive image.

The responsibilities get more difficult when you begin working with an international team, such as the Indian males’ crew. It just never stops, from successes to defeats, dealing with different individuals who use different techniques in their games and developing sport plans.

The objective is to be open to all of the ideas, each and every concept, each and every possible line of thinking. I’ve stayed clear of labelling myself as a technical or tactical coach. As a great batting coach, I feel you should be able to handle a variety of batting difficulties. And to reach at this level, a participant must have a good temperament, technical ability, flexibility, and so on, in addition to a good approach. As a result, I feel that communication or, as we say, man-management is the most crucial aspect of teaching at this stage.

Within the preliminary years, we had been involved – who will exchange a cricketer like MS Dhoni when the time comes?

“Whether it’s Pujara or Pant, each of them has a different mindset, different work-ethics, and listening to them is the only way for me to understand. Now, no team can have eleven Pujaras and eleven Pants, right? It always takes a Pant and a Pujara together to make a winning combination.”

“Rohith Sharma is a man finally in control of himself, his thoughts, what he wants to achieve and where he wants to head from here. Rohit always had the game and the talent to be successful even in Test cricket. What has happened lately though is he has sorted out his game-plan in this format.”

Opponents been have worried about facing high-quality spinners as the Axar, Jadeja, Kuldeep, and Chahal.

“Virat, After all, is the definition of perfection. For him, his record speaks. We can all observe his level of knowledge and consistency. He has the best work ethics of anyone I’ve ever met. But, as I have seen in Virat is his adaptability. He’s unique in that regard. His best asset is his ability to shift gears and change games based on the situation”.

“After which, that knock from Ajinkya got here. What an exceptional show of Check match batting… Sure, and it was a giant factor. After the primary Check match, most of the specialists had written us off. Virat was leaving. Ajinkya was taking on as captain for the following Check. The duty was multi-fold. That Check match confirmed how good a participant Ajinkya is. It was one of many higher innings I’ve seen in my life. The type of self-discipline he confirmed was excellent.”

The WTC remaining is a World Cup and that is the way it must be checked out. It is essentially the most difficult and thrilling format, so it needs to be a pinnacle of types. Going to England is at all times enjoyable.
