Ryan suffered a massive heart attack. In this article, we have mentioned the health of Netherlands head coach Ryan Campbell.

Campbell, 50, was brought to the intensive care unit (ICU) on Saturday after having a major heart attack. He had chest problems and difficulties breathing while he was visiting the United Kingdom with his family.

A statement was released by the ICC that said, as of Tuesday night, local time, doctors were able to do their job successfully, with no signs of brain damage insight according to Campbell’s brother Mark, who spoke on the Perth radio.

“They’ve taken the heavy sedation off, so he’s actually woken up. Now they’re just looking at trying to work out what’s wrong with his heart,” Mark Campbell mentioned in the ICC statement.

Adding further, Campbell emphasized about the doctors were unsure considering his current heart condition. Elaborating on this, he said, they are not sure now why his heart is still being arrhythmic. “So that’s another issue that they’re now going to look at over there. Although there are signs of recovery, friends, and family are still worried about Ryan’s health condition,” he stated.

Christina Matthews, the CEO of WA Cricket, expressed her condolences to Campbell’s family. “WA Cricket is in shock to hear of Ryan’s medical emergency after suffering a major heart attack over the long weekend,” Christina mentioned in her statement.

Matthews further added, “On behalf of all WA Cricket staff, players, and the wider cricket community, I would like to pass on our heartfelt thoughts to Ryan, his wife Leontina, and their family at this time.
