MSD became a frequent Twitter user and he enjoys interacting with his ‘Fans’

Despite being one of the most popular Indian cricketers on social media, MS prefers to have a modest profile and has kept a respectful distance from the platforms. However, there was a time when the wicketkeeper-batsman was a frequent Twitter user who enjoyed interacting with fans and providing them with information about the game or his personal life. A couple of tweets from Dhoni from 2012 have recently resurfaced on Twitter and are once again grabbing all the attention. MS responded to a Twitterati who trolled him for spending too much time on social media instead of focusing on his batting and wicketkeeping in one of the popular Tweets.

“@msdhoni plz concentrate on ur batting, not in Twitter,” the user commented.

Dhoni responded by saying, “Sir yes sir, any tips sir”

MS sent out a humorous tweet in July 2012, right before India visited Sri Lanka, asking people to find the differences in the images. A troll advised Dhoni to focus on the game in response to the message. The former Indian captain took notice of the criticism and responded with a sarcastic request for advice from the user.
