Just to clarify as plenty of speculation about …….. I have not applied for the Pakistan Head Coach Role with @TheRealPCB. Whoever gets the role certainly has plenty of talent to work with and would be an exciting proposition for whoever gets the job!#pakistan

Mike Hesson as the head coach of New Zealand made the team qualified for the final of the World Cup 2015 for the first time. And he resigned from his post just a year before 2019 World Cup and was appointed as coach for the Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in the IPL.
But he left that job as well and applied for India’s head coach despite Shastri being the favorite to continue. He missed closely though and will be interested to apply again when Shastri’s term ends in 2021.
