The day things change in our cricket system where more importance is given to skills rather than who a person knows, only then will things improve. In the recent squad, there were many players who Babar wanted to pick, but they weren’t selected. Everyone has their opinions but the final decision on selection”.

It should be more genuine, I should be in the team when people trust me for my abilities, I have said in the past about not liking comparisons. But if you really compare, I think I definitely have done better than most.”

Speaking to CricketPakistan, Miandad said, “This is not the time to play cricket, it’s time to save lives. In these times of crisis, we should be more focused on saving lives rather than playing cricket. The whole world has been affected by a coronavirus. India, where the World Cup was supposed to take place, is also severely affected by the epidemic.”
Kuldeep Yadav, in a recent interview with News18, spoke about the ups and downs in his cricketing career in recent years. Yadav is been included in India’s squad but has gone unused most of the times. “When you are playing non-stop, players do feel high on confidence. The more one sits out the more it gets tougher. Due to Covid, there was nothing happening, so things got really tougher even more last year,” Kuldeep was quoted as saying in News18.
