Travis Head smashed a blistering 89 of 32 balls, which included six massive sixes and 11 boundaries. His fellow mate Abhishek Sharma also scored a wonderful 46 off just 12 balls.
However, it was Kuldeep Yadav who provided the breakthrough for the home side, as he picked the wickets of both Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma.
Shahbaz Ahmed in the end gave the finishing touch with his impressive fifty (59 off 29 balls). He tried to build partnerships with Nitish Reddy, and Abdul Samad which propelled the SRH score to a mind-blowing 266/7 in 20 overs.

It was a rollercoaster start for the home side with the bat as first, the Impact player Prithvi Shaw scored four boundaries in the first four balls before getting dismissed by Washington Sunder in the last ball of the first over. David Warner quickly followed him back to the pavilion as the openers were dismissed inside overs.
However, it was Jake Fraser-McGurk who kept the hope alive for Delhi as he smashed the fastest IPL 2024 fifty in just 15 balls. But his storm of sixes did not last long as Markande got the better of Jake. Abishek Porel also played his part with 42 runs off 22 balls.
