In this meeting, the officials will discuss the player retention policy and the feasibility of the Right to Match. Earlier it was said that each team could retain 3-4 players, while now the reports suggest there could be a possibility of 5 or 6 players who can be retained.

The discussion topics for this July 31 meeting will include the potential extension of the Impact Player rule for one more season, as well as the adjustment of a wage cap. However, the main topics of discussion will center on player retention and the Right to Match.
