India Probable squad for test series against Bangladesh

India Probable squad for test series against Bangladesh: After a rare 42-day break from international cricket, team India is gearing up to start the test season, starting with a two-match series with Bangladesh.

Part of WTC cycle, the India vs Bangladesh test series will start from September 19 and will conclude on October 1.

With the Indian team already in first spot on the WTC standings, they will look to further strengthen their position.

While Bangladesh will also enter the series with extreme confidence after defeating Pakistan at their home soil and winning their maiden test series against Pakistan in cricket history.

Team India will not only plan to win both games but with good margins to maintain their dominance. And we can see major players, barring a handful, will take part in the test series.

Rohit Sharma can be seen leading from the front again, and his partner would be the highest run-scorer for India in WTC 2023-25 cycle, Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, and Shubman will be part of the squad as specialist batters. While KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant can be included as wicketkeeper batters.

India’s spin all-rounder trio of Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja and Axar Patel, all can be part of this series for upcoming big challenges preparations.

There must be bigger changes in the bowling line-up than the usual one we have been seeing for quite a time now.

India’s premium pacer Jasprit Bumrah may extend his rest, while Shami’s inclusion is unlikely as of now, as he is still recovering.

Mohammed Siraj likely to lead the pace department charge in the absence of seniors, Khaleel Ahmed, Arshdeep Singh, may find a place, as the management looking to include genuine left-arm pacers.
