India Squad for Test Series vs New Zealand
IND Squad for New Zealand Test Series: The highly anticipated India’s three-match ICC World Test Championship series against New Zealand is around the corner, and with not much time left, the BCCI has announced the squad for the test series. All three matches will be played in India, where this will be the ultimate test for India before the major Border Gavaskar trophy later in the year. Let’s look at India Squad for Test Series vs New Zealand.
India will go into the home Test series against New Zealand with pretty much the same squad that took on Bangladesh in September. Expect the fact that Yash Dayal who made his debut in the Bangladesh series has been dropped unfortunately. Also, the fans expected the return of Md Shami into the squad but however, but in a shocking move, BCCI has not included him in this series.
This likely means that Shami is still recovering and will probably see him next in the Ranji Trophy season or in the Australia series. After dominating Bangladesh in September the India team led by Rohit Sharma is ready to take on a new challenge at home.
