Duleep Trophy Day 3 Update, India A seized control of the 3rd match on day 3, dictating terms with the bat and putting themselves in a commanding position. Pratham Singh was the star early on, reaching a well-deserved century before Tilak Varma matched his achievement later in the day. Amid the collapse, Abhimanyu Easwaran stood firm, determined to keep India B in the contest. As wickets tumbled around him, Easwaran played a composed innings, refusing to be rattled. He received some support from Rahul Chahar, who joined him at the crease as the day came to a close.

India A vs India D – Day 3 Update

The chase for India D got off to a rocky start as Khaleel Ahmed once again got the better of Atharva Taide, dismissing him early in the innings. India D was already facing an uphill task, and this early blow made their challenge even more difficult.

Surprisingly, Shreyas Iyer opted to not come in at his usual position at number 3, instead promoting Ricky Bhui, who looked determined to take on the bowlers aggressively. Bhui played with intent, but despite the solid surface still offering some runs, the spinners began to make their presence felt, extracting turn from the growing footmarks on the pitch.

India A now stands just 9 wickets away from clinching an outright win, while India D faces a monumental task, needing to bat out the final day or score aggressively to even entertain the thought of chasing the massive target.

India B vs India C – Day 3 Update

In the 4th match, India C made a valiant comeback on Day 3, thanks to a magnificent bowling display from Anshul Kamboj.
