PBKS to target Australian players in IPL mega auction

In preparation for the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL), teams are actively strategizing and building their player rosters for the next three years. Glenn Maxwell

The team is eyeing Glenn Maxwell, who could potentially be a valuable addition if not retained by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the mega auction. Maxwell, a former player for Punjab Kings, has a proven track record of leading the team to victory, making him an attractive prospect for the Punjab Kings to consider retaining.

Adam Zampa

The Punjab Kings could greatly benefit from adding Adam Zampa to their squad, especially considering their current lack of a strong spin attack. Zampa’s inclusion would significantly bolster their bowling lineup.

Since his last participation in the 2020 IPL, his absence has been notable. As the upcoming IPL mega auction approaches, there is a strong possibility that the Punjab Kings will set their sights on acquiring Adam Zampa for the upcoming season.

Mitchell Marsh

In the previous IPL season, Mitchell Marsh was a part of the Delhi Capitals but unfortunately did not perform up to expectations. As a result, there is a possibility that he might not be retained by the Delhi-based franchise for the upcoming season.

If this happens, there is a chance that he might be targeted by the PBKS in the upcoming auction. However, considering his current form in the Australian team, there is also a possibility that he could be retained by the other franchises as well.
