Rabeya Khan also contributed with one wicket, while it was Nahida Akter’s two wickets for 11 runs in her four-over was the game changer for Bangladesh women.

England batter Wyatt-Hodge was the standout batter from her team as the rest all failed, while it was her 41 runs off 40 balls that helped England get an early start in the innings. Bouchier scored 23 but failed to convert it into a big score. England in the end, finished their innings at 118/7 in 20 overs.

England Bowlers Fight Hard to Steel the Game Away from Bangladesh

In a low-scoring game, the Bangladesh women made things pretty tough as they failed to chase to total and fell 21 runs short of the required target. The story was the same for Bangladesh women as well as they also struggled with the bat. The wickets kept tumbling but Sobhana Mostary was the alone standout survivor.
