The skipper of the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), KL Rahul Fined For Breach Of the IPL Code of Conduct following (April 19) Tuesday’s game versus Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB). As a result, the right-handed batsman has been charged 20% of his match fee. Marcus Stoinis, Rahul’s teammate, was also penalized for violating the Code of Conduct within the same game.

However neither player’s violation was named, and Stoinis was most likely penalized for fighting with the umpire following a contentious wide ruling. RCB bowler Josh Hazlewood is said to have bowled a ball outside the tramline.

Stoinis was clearly irritated that the on-field umpire did not rule the ball wide. The Australian all-rounder was out on the very next delivery, and his displeasure was obvious. In the meantime, both sportsmen acknowledged the conduct and accepted the penalties.
