- Shubman Gill (2023, GT) – Shubman Gill had an excellent 2023 season as he managed to score 890 runs in 17 matches for Gujarat Titans. His average of 59.33 and a strike rate of 157.8, in addition to his three centuries, which showcased his consistency and flair.
- Jos Buttler (2022, RR) – Jos Buttler’s 2022 campaign was crucial for his team, tallying 863 runs in 17 matches. Averaging 57.53 and a strike rate of 149.05, he equalled Kohli’s record for most centuries in a season, steering Rajasthan Royals to the final, but RR failed to clinch the trophy.
- Michael Hussey (2013, CSK) – Michael Hussey was a power-hitter back in 2013, accumulating 733 runs in 17 matches. His average of 52.35 and strike rate of 129.5 undermined his major role in Chennai Super Kings and their success in IPL.
- Kane Williamson (2018, SRH) – Kane Williamson who is known for his slow knocks managed to score 735 runs in 17 matches in IPL 2018, with an average of 52.50 and a strike rate of 142.44, which further helped his reputation as a reliable run-machine for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
