IPL 2023: 10 MVPs Between 3-6 Crores in IPL 2023

MVP between 3-6 crores in IPL 2023

The big names in a team are the ones who garner the most spotlight. They are the players who draw salaries north of INR 10 crores. But the players who are in the pay bracket of INR 3-6 crores usually form the core of the team. They are the ones who add muscle to a playing XI. It is these players who make the eventual difference in a team qualifying for the playoffs and finishing in the league stage. Let us look at MVP between 3-6 crores in IPL 2023 in detail

We look at 10 such MVP between 3-6 crores in IPL 2023:

He is always known to be a wicket-taker. Khaleel Ahmed made it to the Indian team in 2018 on the basis of a strong showing in SRH colours. He went into the wilderness for a couple of seasons but returned strongly last season. Ahmed clocked good speeds to trouble batsmen along with hitting hard lengths. He is certainly an MVP at a price of INR 5.25 crores.

#9 Yashasvi Jaiswal – 4.00 crores

He was the player of the tournament in the 2020 U-19 World Cup. Yashasvi Jaiswal soon represented Rajasthan Royals in the IPL. He initially found the step up difficult but came into his own last season. Jaiswal is a handy spinner too. Very few players boast of all-round qualities batting at the top of the order. Jaiswal is one of them. He is certainly an MVP at INR 4 crores.

He set the IPL on fire in 2021 when he became only the second batsman to win both the orange cap and the IPL in the same season. Ruturaj Gaikwad is already the mainstay of CSK’s batting lineup. His price tag of INR 6 crores feels completely justified.

#7 Deepak Hooda – 5.75 crores

He has been a regular part of India’s limited-overs plans. Deepak Hooda’s exploits in the IPL are the major reason behind his national selection. He is someone who can bat at any position. Hooda can also chip in with a couple of overs. LSG bought Hooda for INR 5.75 crores.
