All is not going in favor of Punjab as they again lost their captain early on. During the first six overs, Mayank after scoring a quick 25 got out in the fifth over. Bairstow replaced him and along with Dhawan added runs to reach the score of 46. The power play restrictions saw the scoreboard ticking.

Chameera took the important wicket of Mayank Agarwal to get Lucknow their first breakthrough.

Avesh Khan bowled the 6th over of the innings and went on to give 10 runs from the over. In the very next over Dhawan got out while playing sweep shot off Bishnoi’s lengthy delivery. The 8th over of the innings was bowled by Krunal who continued the momentum, conceding just 7 runs from the over, and also got wicket of Rajapaksha.

7 runs came off the 9th over of the innings bowled by Bishnoi where he kept things tight. Krunal bowled an impressive 10th over of the innings, conceding just 2 runs from it.

If Punjab continues to lose wickets this way, we either would see Lucknow defending a llow score or a really close match that could go either way. What we are seeing in this innings is a replica of the previous one and PBKS fans would want the next half to go in their favor.
