Captain cool MS Dhoni is a superstitious man, as revealed by former Indian spinner Pragyan Ojha. MS Dhoni never wishes his team ‘all the best’ or ‘good luck before a game. Ojha stated that MS Dhoni believes that it brings back luck to his players. MS Dhoni has since stopped wishing his players before to avoid such scenarios.

Pragyan Ojha talks about MS Dhoni’s superstitions

MS Dhoni has himself admitted this to Ojha back when they used to play for India.“MSD will never wish his team members ‘all the best’ or ‘good luck’ before a game. Because he feels, if he wishes somebody quite a few players he has wished during a game, it ended up in a very different way. That’s maybe why he has stopped it,” said Ojha in a chat with Sports Today.
“Once we had a conversation about people having different kinds of sentiments and that’s when he said he never wishes his players before a game. And before the game, none of the players from the opposition to go him. They don’t want any wishes from him,” concluded Ojha.

IPL 2021: MS Dhoni’s CSK is looking strong

MS Dhoni will lead Chennai Super Kings for the 201st time in a VIVO IPL clash when they will face KKR on Wednesday night. After losing their first match of the season, CSK made a strong comeback with two back-to-back wins in the league. CSK are currently 3rd on the points table and can move 2nd with a win against KKR.
